Room with balcony and lake view. I appreciated that it was near a museum and a mausoleum.

setting just next door to the old quarter. microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge in the kitchen.

I really enjoyed the place, it was quiet and clean and had comfy location so close to West Lake and the downtown. The staff was very helpful and supportive. The bed was good overall. The morning meal was great with SPLENDID food.

Everything was spotless, I loved this charming apartment. Excellent bedroom and soft bed. The breakfast was sumptuous and the stay was fabulous. They provided nice service, excellent co-operating staff. I was next to the West Lake near to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Old Quarter and the center of Hanoi thanks to its best possible location. There was Hien Minh Tea House with some goodies/coffee etc, set not too far away from the venue...

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
